Dorene Reggiani’s jewelry celebrates the subtle variations and transformations of life—those often-overlooked moments that bring beauty into the world.
Growing up in small town-New Jersey, Dorene’s creativity stemmed in large part from her natural surroundings. An avid gardener at an early age, Dorene enjoyed the connection she felt working with the earth and her plants. It wasn’t long before this same inspiration led her to other creative outlets as well. In high school, she was drawn to enroll in ceramics classes after school, and even if it wasn’t her primary academic focus, Dorene continued to pursue her passion for the arts throughout college.
When Dorene began creating and selling jewelry in Philadelphia, she was finally able to devote herself to her lifelong passion. As she grew artistically, Dorene preserved her connection to the raw, elemental qualities of her materials. The natural variations in her ethically sourced stones, and in metals that transform subtly with time or heat, guide her approach and inspire her distinctive designs, and are a celebrated source of beauty in their own right.
