Shipping & Returns


Please be aware that shipping fees are not included in the purchase of an item. The cost of shipping will be presented at checkout before payment on the order is required. Shipping costs will vary based on the location of the artisan, as well as the size and weight of the product in question. Finally, please note that if you order products from various artists, the products will be shipped separately.


We believe that you should absolutely love what you receive from Cultivations. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if you change your mind about a purchase, we ask that you return the item within 15 days of receiving the package, unless other return policies are specified for the particular product. This policy respects the time and hard work that our contributing artisans have devoted to making and sending the pieces, but also allows you time to make an informed decision about your purchase. You should report any returns or exchanges through our contact page. Unless the item you intend to return or exchange was damaged before you received it, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to the artisan or for exchanging the item.


If on the rare occasion you should notice any issues with the quality of the product that you received through Cultivations, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through our contact page, and we will promptly address the issue. Rest assured that should there exist a problem with the quality of the product, you will not be required to pay return shipping and we will see to it that you are able to exchange or return the item.


You may return a product and receive a refund within 15 days of your receiving the order, unless other return policies are specified for the particular item you ordered. Please keep in mind that we do not allow returns of Gift Cards.
